There is a great divide between generations in many ways. We will explore the nature of generational differences, examine each of the generations functioning in the world today and consider how to best understand and work with one another for the greater good. This seminar will also explore the implications of the various generations in the church today.

Working Genius Primer
We spend a large portion of our lives working, not just in our careers, but in our volunteer work and running our homes. When people are able to better understand the types of work that bring them more energy and fulfillment and avoid work that leads to frustration and failure, they can be more self-aware, more productive and more successful. This primer will introduce you to Working Genius and help you find more joy, effectiveness and productivity in all the work you do.

Habits of Healthy Leaders
Health is the most important factor in the effectiveness of pastors, staff and ministry leaders. Health does not happen by accident; it takes intention and action. Self-care is difficult for leaders, especially in ministry settings, but your effectiveness and longevity depend on it. As a leader, your health trumps all. Healthy leaders are thriving leaders. In this seminar we will explore the nature and challenges of self-care for leaders as well as the seven habits of healthy leaders.

Working Genius Deep Dive
A follow up to the primer, participants will learn more of the nuances of Working Genius as an individual and for their team. Participants must have taken the free primer and completed the Working Genius inventory through our partner by contacting them here.

Habits of Healthy Churches
Outside of the work of God, organizational health is the most significant factor in the effectiveness and longevity of congregations. At least 90% of congregations in the United States are plateaued or in decline, 40% of congregations in the United States are at risk of closing in the next year, and 38% of clergy are seriously considering leaving ministry. Organizational health is more important than it has ever been. In this seminar we will examine the importance of organizational health for a congregation, the 7 habits of healthy congregations and how congregants, clergy, staff and ministry leaders can help their congregations be as healthy as possible for the greatest impact.

Leading Through Change
Change is difficult, especially in the church. Change is a necessarily reality, especially as we seek to help our congregations focus on the Great Commission and develop a kingdom mindset. While the Gospel of Jesus has not changed, the world has and how we lead, do ministry and life together in our congregations must. Leading change is both a blessing and a challenge.
