Enneagram Program Offerings
To successfully coach and train people towards the self-knowledge and health
available with the enneagram, the following document provides a clear description of
available services.
Coaching
The heart of our enneagram program is one-on-one education and coaching with
interested leaders. There are two series of sessions offered by Amazed.
First, we offer a series of three 60-minute-long sessions, where the coaching
experience includes:
- Basics of the enneagram as well as what it can and cannot do.
- Learning of and appreciating the type of person being coached.
- Reminding the person being coached that they are loved and lovable.
- Utilizing the levels of health within the enneagram as signals for health.
- Urging growth and further health through the uncomfortable.
- Restoring or strengthening relationships through application.
(Standard Coaching is a track to be selected in the Pastors4Pastors Program)
Second, we offer an additional series of four 60-minute-long sessions, where the
coaching experience includes:
- Deepening of understanding and appreciation of the person’s type.
- Introducing the harmony triads of the enneagram.
- Engaging the gifts of solitude, silence, and stillness.
- Introducing wings and their interplay with the person’s type.
- Exploring other types for basic understanding and appreciation.
- Understanding integration and disintegration of the person’s type.
Finally, we offer single session coaching sessions to people after they complete the
basic package. These are highly individualized to the person’s needs and desires.
Seminars
Beyond coaching, Amazed offers seminar opportunities for those who wish to learn
the enneagram within group settings, whether they be staff, leaders, or
congregations/ministries. Each service listed below also provides people with the
opportunity to have access to our enneagram expertise while the staff is in town.
Created to Connect Seminar: This 90-minute seminar focuses on teaching the
basics of the enneagram with a high emphasis on group dynamics. We will
strive to build understanding and appreciation for all types so participants
can see the beauty of our personalities as we work together. It also often
teases out conflict that arises from personality differences and encourages a
new way forward. This service could be offered via zoom.
Created to Connect Seminar w/Coaching: This 3-hour seminar accomplishes the
same as above but dedicates special attention to the people in the room.
This seminar is designed for small groups of up to 12 people. This service
cannot be offered via zoom.
Created to Connect Retreat: This 7-hour retreat provides education and
coaching included in the basic and advanced coaching services but within a
group setting. As with our other seminars, the emphasis is on bringing
people together and encouraging healthy growth, conflict, and partnership.
This service cannot be offered via zoom.
