Empowering and equipping churches and leaders to create lasting and transformational health.

Preparing for Amazement Ministries is working hard to build and revitalize the global Christian Church. We hope you take a couple minutes to read our April newsletter and visit our website.

What’s New?!

It is a busy season here at Preparing for Amazement Ministries! Here are some updates:

  1. This month we are launching a new initiative, Pastors4Pastors, recognizing that Pastors need Pastors too! You can read more below.
  2. We have restructured out ministry programs to three areas: church and leader health, church revitalization and international ministry. You can learn more on our recently updated website!
  3. Our new pilot network with 7 pastors is going well. The focus is church & leader health as well as church revitalization.

Pastors4Pastors

Pastors need Pastors too!

Almost 1/3 of pastors and ministry staff considered leaving ministry altogether in the last year. Pastors are hurting more than ever and we feel led to come along side and support them.

Pastors4Pastors seeks to provide ongoing support, encouragement and resource for pastors so they may be empowered and equipped to experience lasting and transformation health. Simply, we help pastors find and maintain health so they may have the greatest impact possible. This includes one-one one support, revitalization network support and resource support.

We will equip and empower pastors and ministry leaders in finding lasting and transformational health using:

  • The habits of healthy leaders
  • A self-care inventory that addresses 7 areas of health
  • Self-care toolkits throughout the year
  • Other tools specific to the needs of the pastor/ministry leader as appropriate

The main focus of Pastors4Pastors will be on self-care and overall health. It is not intended to be professional counseling though some emotional support will naturally be a part of this initiative. While the focus is on self-care and health, professional support, advice and mentoring may naturally be a part of the Pastors4Pastors initiative. We do not want to be one more task on a to do list or another appointment in an already busy calendar, but to initiate and provide transparent, authentic, empathetic support.

We are looking for support to launch this new ministry and provide free support to pastors and ministry staff for a year. See below for more information.

Pastors4Pastors is open to all pastors, church and ministry staff (full and part-time).
